*sigh* Only Garance can pull a Yankee's cap and still look chic. Why wasn't I born French? I think they can pull off anything and still look chic. 

Dramatic Eyes...

Maybe it's the cold, gloomy, overcasty weather but I am loving dark eyes at the moment. I just love the look of this model. I think I can do that with my new MAC Eye Kohl pencil. all I have to do is try to achieve that perfect arch right? :*)

The September Issue...

Tiff and I went to catch The September Issue tonight. It's by far the best documentary that I have ever seen and enjoyed.

The documentary is about well...Vogue's September Issue. It's their thickest issue of the year and the issue that determines what is in and out for the season or the year.

I never knew it takes that long to even get that issue out. I mean 6 months ahead? WOW. It  was pretty amazing. Tiff and I just oooohhh and ahhhh -ed at the clothes, the shoes, the models, the location shoots and etc.

My favourite person at Vogue will have to be Grace Coddington. In the documentary you can see Anna and Grace having awkward silence in the lift, Grace and Anna bickering, well maybe that is not the right word for it, about what shot should be in and what shot should be out.

If you are interested in Fashion at all, then this is the documentary to watch. Very informative to those who is interested in fashion journalism.

Next week, Tiff and I plan to watch Valentino,The Last Emperor. This is a good year for Fashion Docos.

Sexy Maxi...

With the warmer months sloooooooooowly approaching, I have been gathering up all my maxi dresses and giving them a good wash. It still feels like Winter here in Perth and at the moment, my fingers a re FREEZING! 

I love how the above model wears her maxi dress. Maybe I should try something like this since it's still quite cold here!

Crochet vest...

Sportgirls's Maxi Dress...

If you follow me on Twitter, you would have seen my Tweet about finding this jersey maxi dress at Sportsgirl and also at Sussans.They were identical but the only difference was in the price.
Sussans is selling it for over $100 and I bought this one at Sportsgirl for $50 on sale.

I have already worn it out last night to MsChikee's game night dinner and it's so comfortable. I can't wait to wear it for summer!

PFF Morrison Runway Show...

Tiff and I went to the Morrison Runway Show last night and it was fantastic. It was my first time and I am so happy that I went even if it was at 9pm! The show was beautiful with the Make up and the hair but what I love the most was the simplicity of the clothes. Here are a few that I manage to edit this morning before work. More to come. I did not bring my Canon so the quality of the photo is not that great.

We were sitting at near the photographer's pit so my view was not blocked at all. I love hearing the clicking sound of the shutter when the photog's takes photo of the models as they walk down the runway. *bliss*

I think I found it!!!

I think I found my Dress for my sister's wedding. Tiff and I went to the UnWrapped market at the PICA today and there it was. Just staring at me from Ebony's look book. This beautiful dress is from Ebony's fashion label called Little Gracie.

She said that she could custom make one in my size and in what ever colour I want. I want this exact same dress only in Black. It's so soft and very feminine. I am so happy. You can check out some of her collection HERE.

Goth Inspiration...

Yesterday was the French, today my inspiration comes from Caroline from either Germany or Finland. Not sure. She can wear all black and make it work. Today I am channelling her.

Vintage Inspiration...

*sigh* The French are always very inspirational in the way that they dress. Can I move to France too?
