9 more sleeps folks. Are you even ready yet?

I am thinking of baking shortbread cookies for my host family this year. I think I will make them this Sunday when I do not have to come in to work, like today due to the MIGHTY AUDITOR. I hate it when these Auditors come in and poke and ask too many questions. But I guess that is their job so I have to do mine.

cookies are a GREAT idea! I sent a batch of gingerbread biscuits off to the Spam Man's office today, they LOVED them! get your baking done while it is still cool, apparently if you put some sugar cubes in the container with the biscuits it stops them going soft. I have never tried it, one I have a cookie barrel with a moisture trap thing in the lid and two, the never last that long!!! hahahaha

I remember my last xmas with you..it was a hot day in summer and we had that little gathering. I love looking back at the pics. Miss you Fel! Hope your christmas will be a good one :) xoxo
